A listen that changed the way I love

A book that holds your hand when you feel broken

This book was my anchor on days I couldn’t even get out of bed from emotional pain. It helped me realize love isn’t supposed to feel like constant alert. The author’s words go straight to the heart, never judging. It’s that rare mix of compassion and clarity. It helped me more than many therapy sessions.
