A Holistic joy to listen to
Yvonne Cash gives the ins and outs of how to cultivate an alive and flourishing herbal garden to be used for a holistic wellness journey. As someone who is interested in organic food and, more recently, how to eliminate inflammation in foods and products, I have taken a great interest in using natural herbs to help symptoms and bring about health. Everything from proper soil care, to conquering invading pests, and spiritual applications of god-given herbs and properties is covered is great detail with lovely narration from the author.
