The inside scoop
Mat has been known to be a very private person when it came to his methods and how he handled his training. This is a great read for behind the scenes info and tips from the champion himself. He stepped out of the arena at the perfect time and his legacy is yet to be surpassed. I highly recommend this book for all weekend warriors and aspiring Games athletes.
