Tools for Mindfulness
This book is very well read and presented I’ve listened to it about three times, when I find myself off track just a little these tools help me cope with staying in the present and mindfulness

A wonderful way to free the mind

One of my all time favs
I read nearly all of Hahn’s books and this is in the top 3. It’s really good for a basic yet detailed understanding of Buddhism and how to be truly happy/one.

It’s really so simple
As I listen to this book, I kept thinking of people I want to send it, who I knew would benefit from it. This is not fluffy his age. This is practical, timeless wisdom that anyone can use.

Perfect little book on happiness
Very concise. Short chapters with exercises to follow that can be practiced anywhere at anytime. Narration was pleasant. I slowed it down for the first chapter to relax into it. Thich Nhat Hahn is a blessing.
