If There Was Something Proven That Could Treat Your Physical or Mental Ailment in Just a Few Minutes, Would You Want More Information? Read on.
If you’re suffering from a physical or mental ailment, you’ve doubtless been presented with a number of possible treatments.
Some of these might help, and others, not so much.
It may seem surprising, but one of the best places to start for a number of issues is with guided therapeutic imagery.
The practice has been around since the ancient Greeks and has received endorsements from health professionals since the 1970s for treating serious illnesses.
And yet a lot of people still don’t know what guided imagery is or at the very least don’t know how powerful it is for treating a host of issues.
Guided visualization directs your focus and triggers a health-inducing response or new perspective.
It is scientifically proven that the mind can’t tell the difference between imagined or actual experiences.
Guided therapeutic imagery treats a range of physical and mental issues including cancer, anxiety, stress, depression, chronic pain, infection, and substance abuse.
In Guided Imagery for Self-Healing, you'll discover:
- Relaxing and effective experiences, written and delivered by pros
- A guided warm-up proven to calm your mind instantly
- Narration and prompts specifically designed to trigger three critical physical responses that deeply relax you and speed up the healing process
- Custom guided imagery exercises to remedy seven different conditions
- Convenient visualizations that get results but don't take much time to do
- And much more.
Science and medicine are on the side of guided visualization. But even if you’re still skeptical, what do you have to lose?
If you want to wield your self-healing powers, then listen to this audiobook.

Pretty amazing what the body can do
I'm a firm believer that the body can heal using just the mind. Even though I don't recommend relying only on the mind, it's a good tool for those that want to accelerate healing. This book was pretty good. Sweet music and narrator.
