The perfect Greek course for travel in Greece. It is designed to help you ask for the things you’re most likely to need when visiting Greece and to give you the skills to cope with situations you might find yourself in.

The accompanying free booklet is also available to download at: collinsdictionary.com/resources.

It is different from other courses in that you also learn to understand the likely replies to your questions. You will hear key words and phrases used in dialogues between native speakers, so you learn not only how to say them but also how they are used in conversation.

Topics covered:

Unit 1: Hello
Unit 2: Excuse me
Unit 3: Where's the bar?
Unit 4: Over there
Unit 5: What will you have?
Unit 6: Do you have..?
Unit 7: Do you know where the Metro is?
Unit 8: I want to go to…
Unit 9: Do you have a room?
Unit 10: It hurts
Unit 11: I want to make an appointment
Unit 12: I like it!

Remove the prompt bell sound! Initially I was going to rate this 5 stars until about the 10th time I heard the Pavlovian response bell or tone which is overused. I understand the intent; however, most intelligent humans don't need an annoying sound to prompt them to repeat linguistic phrases ... ususally they are already way ahead. Otherwise this is a well thought out product except for the bell from hell. Hopefully, someone will write a sound editing script that can automatically remove all the bell sounds and offer that as an alternative audio. Sorry, but this otherwise excellent audio is annoying.
