About this listen

Samantha and her mother spend day and night caring for Samantha's ailing grandma. But tonight may be the last night Samantha will be able to sleep on the sofa next to her Grandma's hospice-provided bed. Moving and insightful, Grandma's Leather Sofa shows what it truly means to care for a loved one who is terminally ill.

Thoughtful Listen on Love and Loss

This ten minute listen about a daughter and granddaughter spending the last days and nights with their mother/grandmother who is in hospice care is very touching, particularly to anyone who has lost someone close to them. Longing for just one more day, a little more time to hear the stories of their life, and dreading, yet knowing they are at the end. Although it is short, its well done, and worth the listen.
