Great information if your starting your happiness journey. Worth Sooo Much! Life Renewing.
This book is amazing! And looking at things from this new vantage point has helped me be more present in everything I do. The authors stress the importance of rituals and I would strongly suggest that reading this book to start your day be added to everyone's list of daily rituals!

Beginner book, nothing new really
Beginners happiness book. Nothing new really. A bit boring and redundant or repetitive. I wish they got to the point sooner
