Kyce Jefferson understood change.

As a liaison for the Crescent Falls Sharks, Iyoni had everything she needed even if her love life wasn't going as planned. After a failed relationship with a Shark, Iyoni made the though decision to maintain a hard line between business and dating football players. Being placed in charge of handling an arrogant and unhappy quarterback is not a challenge she was pleased about accepting.

When Kyce was traded and Iyoni was tasked with assisting the disgruntled quarterback's transition to the Sharks, neither one of them had any idea just how hard it would be to accept that change isn't always bad. Their explosive connection might be the thing Kyce and Iyoni need to reach the end zone, but they have to learn to work as a team or risk the possibility of fumbling on a perfect play.

I truly enjoyed this story. I felt like these characters were real people. It's unfortunate there are so many Jeffery's but thus has given me hope that there are real men like Kyce. Excellent!!!

I Black African/American love stories involving sports. Mr. Jefferson age and maturity played a huge roll in how he responded to a lot of things. He threw me off initially but he recovered that fumble.

This is my first book from this author and definitely won’t be my last. The story was somewhat predictable but still holds your attention. Both narrators did a great job.

female was otherwise strong but became soooo weak whenever male main character was around. I hate when authors do this. I wish there were more times when he became jealous because of other male interest in her.
