it was a simple yet cute story. you won't regret Reading/listening to it. just wish it would of had more plot at the end. like does her and dad get baptized? what about Dad and his relationship? over all very sweet story.

Well written story that keeps you listening. The narrator carried the story and characters through nicely and was a pleasure to listen to. I don’t usually listen to books in this category, but will be looking for more from this author in the future.

This book ranks in the top 5 of my favorite Christian Romance books.

What did you like best about this story?

The love between father and daughter. Missy's Father wants what is best for his one and only daughter. Hope that true love exists for everyone.

Which character – as performed by Stacey Glemboski – was your favorite?

Missy.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

For the sake of avoiding a spoiler... lets just say... acceptance :)

I have learned that there's a big difference between reading a book and listening to one. My friends will read a book and love it and I'll listen and hate it! I enjoyed this book SO much! The narrorator was incredible because you forget she's even narrorating.... you're just into the book! Things just worked in this book that I might have not would have thought would have worked like using "crab" for a curse word, lol! That worked!! The book was clever and I loved Big John's conversion! The book was realistic, too! Going to research this author and more of her books!

Best Book I've Listened to in LONG Time

My preferred genre is suspense, but it was hard to find stories that had good language, great storyline and non objectionable content. recently o I've needed to return a few books do for a change I tried the clean romance. I'm glad I did. it still held my interest, and has sweet realistic characters. I truly enjoyed this book.
