About this listen

Bro big or bro home.

Robbie.

As social chair of Sigma Beta Psi, I’m the life of the party. It’s what I’m known for, and if it’s not fun, I’m not interested, simple as that. I’m not someone who overthinks. So, when one of my brothers hooks up with a dude from another frat house, it catches me off guard when I can’t stop thinking about them…together.

There’s only one way for me to get this obsession out of my head, and that’s by jumping in with both feet and putting it into practice. The problem is, the one guy who’s up for the ride is the last one I’d expect.

Brandon.

Being risk manager of a frat house is nobody’s idea of a good time. My brothers get annoyed when I put a damper on their plans, and wrangling drunken frat brothers isn’t how I pictured my Saturday nights of senior year. I’m bored. In a rut. Study, frat duties, planning for the future.

When is it my turn to let loose for a moment? So, when my dumb-as-bricks frat bro is scoping out the house for a little experimenting fun, I throw out the offer like it isn’t the most nerve-racking thing I’ve ever considered.

I never imagined I’d actually enjoy it.

A flash mob!

🌶️🌶️🌶️- low angst.

My new favorite person is absolutely Robbie! I love that he is who he is and he lets no one tell him to be different, dress different, act different!

And Brandon loves him to the top of his shaggy hair the the bottom of his cargo dad pants haha!

Ahh!! So adorable and damn hot!

Robbie and Brando are Frat for Life!

This has to be one of my all-time fav books. I laughed so hard and have read and listened to this over and over. Their story is so endearing. They are incredibly honest and open with each other as they explore this new interest and curiosity. No cares what others may think. Soooo many good lines and the narration is wonderful.
Truly one of my all-time favs! :)

An amazing love story

I loved this book for so many reasons - reliving the old college days, the brotherhood among frat brothers and first true love. The voice actors were amazing!!!
Definitely will re-listen again and again!

Cargo pants and a brofriend dalliance

Frat AF indeed! Book 2 had me laughing and smiling - especially with the fanny pack, cargo pants wearing Robbie's mayhem antics! the delivery of said antics by Alexander Cendese was priceless. Iggy as always brought his As game as well. Interesting enough, he was only in a couple of scenes but it was enough to rouse my curiosity of Marshall aka Marshmellow - Robbie's biological brother. Apparently he looks like Robbie but is more quiet and a bit of a nerd. Would love a book featuring him!

Loved the flash mob at end!

Onward to book 3....Reviews have me thinking Saxon James saved the best for last...

4 stars - worthy of a repeat listen

Such a fun and funny series!

Saxon James is an insta-buy for me. Alexander Cendese and Iggy Toma narrate many Saxon / Eden Finley sports stories and they are so engaging, so snarky, so tender, so unexpectedly vulnerable … literal perfection. Loved everything about this story from the frat hijinks to Robbie’s outsized personality and his outsized love for Brandon. I had such a dumb smile on my face at the end. So sweet!

Alex really felt like Robbie

This was a fun bi-exploration book for this college series. Robbie and Brandon and friends but also adversaries within their own fraternity, being social chair and risk manager.

I enjoyed how Saxon wrote an generally open college experience where men can experiment as much as women, which I really hope is as true to real life right now because I know that was not my college experience. The aspect of greek life I didn't agree with (since they aren't really feasible) I'll glaze over for the sake of fiction.

Robbie is just FUN all caps necessary. He's the life of the party but also secretly scared of seeing his 'best years' end. Brandon feels shackled by the risk manager position and can't seem to find his younger self before embarking on his next steps post-grad. They both find each other repeatedly in these 'I want to find out' situations then make them realized they've been more to each other for a really long time.

I'm not a huge fan of Alex Cendese normally, but I really liked him as Robbie since his tone and cadence gives that fun-loving, no cares kind of vibe. Iggy was great as Brandon, measured when he needed to be and bubbling with unearthed need during the intimate scenes.

Can't wait for (I hope) Zeke and Charles!

Chockfull of hilarious bro/Frat puns

Super awesome, lighthearted fun. A bromance turned romance for the ages! I love how Robbie is completely unapologetically himself, he and Brandon are perfect for each other and I loved seeing more Bailey and Chad. Iggy Toma and Alexander Cendese are the perfect two narrators for this series.

Saxon James...THANK YOU!!!

This series is absolutely fantastic! The dynamic duo of Alexander Cendese and Iggy Toma bring Robbie and Brandon to life. The story is not only engaging, but heartfelt and loving not to mention absolutely freaking hilarious! I was skeptical about starting this series, but have to say it was a joyful delight. If you're looking for a comical treat with low angst and some steamy m/m romance this is the series for you. Now I'm anxiously awaiting the story of Zeke and Charles. 😜

SLOW CLAP 👏

Wow. Just wow! I am so happy I found this story. I have read few MM books and felt like the authors toned down the erotica, but this 👏👏👏. Well done. It was written like a love story and packed full of humor. Although I am reading the books out of order the slight banter from B1 characters has me running to see the love. Thank you Saxton for sharing your skills. And the Narrators hit all the queues tones perfectly 🥰
