Roosevelt's 4th inaugural.

Narration: clear.

Content: He sounds weary but is still able to impart wisdom: war has taught us the cost of trying to live apart from others, not attending responsibly to our neighbor nations' concerns. To have meaningful relationships with other nations America must be sincerely responsive and proactive in creating community with other nations.
