Must Follow Up For any sales professionals

Get back to the basics and care about your customers with the speed and efficiency you would expect. My stepfather was an instructor at Fighter Weapons at Miramar NAS. He had a saying Speed Is Life… the faster you can make the decision to follow up with a plan the faster your success will be!!!

Love the tops and helpful hints that he recommended in keeping your clients first and foremost at the top of the list! Staying current and not annoying but just enough so they can’t forget you…

Good for Consumer Sales

To the authors credit he started this may not apply much to B2B sales and it doesn't. there are a few good nuggets regarding followup and thank you notes and personalization but not much else. however if you sell to consumers lots of practical tips.
