A Remarkable Woman Shares Her Methods
I admit, even though I'm of the same "vintage," I was not familiar with the author's acting career, videos, or podcasts. I still find it remarkable that she was able to achieve achieve as much physically at an advanced age....And yes, I am interested in how she did it.
That said, this is not so much a "diet" book as a motivational book. Saba is a life coach and personal trainer (who got her certification in her sixties), not a dietitian or physician. Take any dietary advice with a large grain of salt, as some of it is not in line with current practice. I do love the advice on mindset and affirmations.

Wow, this is a book that absolutely changed my life. If you’re a health freak like me, please listen this. I’m running up and down the stairs after a meal.... you will understand if you listen to this so go go go!
