It was Ok.
Not very much. I think tyhe best value is the last 7 minutes (customers come first, solve a problem, etc.). Otherwise, it seemed rather boring and trying to cram to much in a short audio.

Very shallow
This is a very short listen, so expectations are low to start with. Even with that, the few examples provided are covered at such a shallow level that this really wasn’t worth listening to.

Narrator ruined it
Narrator has an extremely annoying "whistle" on "sh" and similar sounds. This makes it very hard to listen to this audio book, even though content is interesting. Very unfortunate.
