It was okay

I bought this book because I enjoyed the first 3 books in the series. They were funny, had recipes and involved a murder mystery. In this book, the mystery took a backseat to everything that happened. Chloe solves the murder but only because she overhears someone's conversation. This was more chick lit than a murder mystery. I'll read the next book, only because this one ended in a cliffhanger.

Great Read

Loved this book and the rest in the series! Checks out all the important ingredients for a good book: very likable main character, entertaining story, humor, love story, mystery that makes you guess to the end. Bonus: gourmet recipes from talented chefs. I liked the narrator Kim McKean for this book and the series. I don't think I would have enjoyed it if it was narrated by someone else.
