Powerful, Entertaining, A Must Read/Listen
I had the privilege of meeting Jesse Cole and his signature yellow tuxedo and watching him give a presentation about the Savannah bananas and the concept of fans first. He was riveting suspenseful entertaining energetics and this book is as well. A master class on how having fun and putting fans first can create the kind of atmosphere that any person in life or in business would want to be a part of. I would even go so far as to say it would be appealing for all ages I had to put a banana joke in there enjoy

A thousand applicable things if you are a baseball player or stocker
A found myself wanting to put customers first, and maybe even trying something new. The later was swish dance walking with a cart full of boxes to Dancing Queen, but also engaging my customers and not letting them put up their baskets.
