Gratefulness!!!
I'm glad I bought this audio and not another! I listen before and while I exercise! Exactly what I did need! The music animates, and the phrases are extremely motivating! I recommend 100% for those who sometimes have laziness or lack of initiative and lack of self-esteem in starting to exercise, this audio kicks your ass! LET’S GOOOO!!! 💪
