Publisher's summary

What every man wishes he knew about what his wife desires most.

Authors Stephen Arterburn and Fred Stoeker believe that every man can meet the secret desires of his wife. The problem is, most of us aren't exactly sure what that desire is and how we can go about fulfilling it faithfully. In Every Man's Marriage, you can discover the common misconceptions about what it means to exercise biblical authority and understand the role of submission in the marriage relationship. This groundbreaking book can help men grasp and apply essential but often overlooked principles for marital leadership.

Through candid reflections on their own struggles to achieve biblical unity in their own marriages along with many years of combined experience in marital counseling, Arterburn and Stoeker apply solid, time-tested biblical wisdom to the everyday potential distortions that can lead to strife in a marriage.

The second book in the Every Man series, this is the perfect follow-up to the best-selling Every Man's Battle. Every Man's Marriage is a terrific resource for establishing mutual respect and sacrifice in your marriage based on Christ's example of loving his bride, the Church.

A Gift to Men

It is amazing how eye opening this is to even young men who haven’t found a wife or a fiance but they can start practicing the traits needed..

Hidden abridged version

This book came highly recommended and I loved the first book but after listening to this something felt off because I didn't get as much or of it as others who recommended it to me and it felt very short.

Turns out it has a current cover than the full version but nothing days abridged until you get past the info past the summary and then to the last detail in the audible page for it. I got the wrong one and much too late to return to audible now. They should say abridged on the cover as well as right before in the main details. Be warned.

Now going to listen to the full version.

Weird creative choices

I loved the Audible version of “Every Man’s Battle” and was excited to give this book a listen. However they made the weird choice of closing every chapter with music that sounds reminiscent of a 90s sitcom. Really takes you out of the content of the book.
