Great seeing old favorite characters again especially the really funny ones. Wonderful reunion. New characters like grampa Del made my day!

Another great book from Kathleen Brooks!! Love the story and would highly recommend you listen to all of Kathleen Brooks books as they are are intertwined. This one had me on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next and hoping for the best for the main characters. Eric G. Dove, the narrator, does a fantastic job with the whole series and really know how to add to the whole drama/spense portions of the book. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book!!!

This audiobook had me on the edge of my seat. The narration was good, keeping me fully engaged in the story.

I enjoyed this book. Despite the many negative issues impacting Georgie's life, she and Kord were able to move their relationship forward. Georgie's family was diabolical.

With the support of the community, Kord and Georgie skillfully navigated the challenges that came from Georgie's family dynamics. The residents of Shadows Landing, as well as a few individuals from Charleston and Keeneston, rallied around the couple, helping them overcome the difficulties they faced.

I love the wit and humor, the small-town charm, family atmosphere, love, loyalty, and friendship. It was all interwoven with action, danger, intrigue, and suspense. I am looking forward to the Townsend series.

I enjoyed Kord and Georgie's story. It has some of the elements I expected and took it up a notch. I loved how everyone was so involved, highlighting Maggie & the Townsends. I'm really looking forward to their stories as well.

Eric G. Dove continues to do an amazing job narrating.
