Publisher's summary

Congratulations! This audio research report you have wisely chosen will prove to be one of the best investments of your other-person OCPD challenged life!

Many concerned individuals have praised this work for being recorded with the layperson in mind. Yet, this audio also has much to offer any mental health professional who recognizes the tremendous value of clear, direct, easily understandable language, unencumbered by extensive cross-references, annotations, and distracting technical notes.

The audio’s sole intent is to communicate, educate, and to free OCPD "victims" as quickly, and as painlessly, as possible. Now, the important thing to know about Escaping is that it has features and resources that do not appear in any other research report, article, book, or audio/video presentation available today. Most importantly, it is geared to providing you with an abundance of hard-won, experimentally gained, scientifically validated specialized knowledge, practical tools, well-thought-out strategies, and techniques proven to be effective against others' OCPD behaviors, in terms of lessening their severity and curtailing their occurrence.

Some of the unique features in this audio are easy-to-listen to explanations, practical directions, and wise guidance, on almost universally undealt-with OCPD subjects. In addition, within are selected portions of the volume’s affirmations, declarations, a goals sheet, meditations, reminder (reinforcement) cards, and a resource tool box, all designed as a program, a course of instruction, for your deliverance. In short, a self-help audio manual to show what to do and not to do around an OCPD person - what to say and not to say, and why.

It is all spelled out, all original. Use it wisely and consistently, and you will assuredly reap the benefits of time well-invested in learning how to withstand, deflect, and disable a personality-disordered individual's misery-inflicting behavior - once and for all!

Best wishes,
The author

How accurate the book describes my experience with a OCPD partner.

I liked the precise description and solutions given . I like how it's written with examples and helps one realize it is truly not personal! My whole life I was raised by one and she made me and my siblings lives difficult. Now I attracted to a guy with most of these traits ...I'm
Able to not impulsively react and keep my cool as opposed to flipping out in the past s d giving him even more grounds to judge , critique and create chaos for me. Great book!

Life Saving

A person with OCPD lacks personal awareness of how debilitating their constant negativity, complaints, attention-seeking, controlling, self-absorbed, and vindictive anger attacks affect others. People with OCPD feel ‘justified’ in their self-righteous attitudes and actions as they deem themselves as “knowing best” to achieve
excellence. Unfortunately, some people with OCPD find confrontation exhilarating and even delightful when their controlling tactics begin to undermine another's sense of autonomy and personal preferences, which, in reality, signify a person's maturity and growth mindset. These are hard-won esteemable qualities in a person, but to a person whose OCPD afflicts, these beneficial traits are perceived as threats to an OCPD mindset and will provoke attacks to cripple those healthy parts in a non-OCPD person. It's essential for the non-OCPD person to ‘radically accept’ this is who they are; it appears as though they’re unable to think beyond their self-generated systematic thoughts motivated by a need to control. Any lasting change is unlikely to take root in a person who has OCPD; they can’t nor do they wish to see value to spare others from their distressing, confounding, mean-spirited behaviors that are negatively impacting others.

Being in a relationship with a person with OCPD will not include the benefits expected of a mature relationship, like Reciprocity and relating as a peer, so the non-OCPD will need to get used to living in an oppressed, subjugated state that possesses low to no sense of personal autonomy.

And yes, people with OCPD do share many behavioral traits with a person who is NPD; they’ll demean others to bolster their self-worth artificially. This is just one of many examples OCPD and NPD will use as a quick fix to help them cope with daily life stressors.

The information provides the non-OCPD an understanding of how differently their minds function, which helps me accept this has nothing to do with me; I’m not the cause of their hyperbolic nature. I can manage myself better by utilizing a host of techniques provided in this book to neutralize the. Frequent anger attacks and avoid triggering them altogether.
Throughout the book, the author reminds the non-OCPD that this way of being is not the fault of the OCPD but is due to the alternative way wired, which encourages the non-OCPD to adopt techniques and know-how to best approach an OCPD with
compassion.

This book has provided me with so many helpful insights that I highly recommend it to anyone who feels trapped, belittled, humiliated, and controlled by the OCPD’s compulsions.

I have OCPD

This guy doesn’t have a good grasp on what ocpd actually is. He is talking more about narcissists and people who like to manipulate. Actual dangerous people. Things just bother us and we complain.

If you are in a relationship with a person who is just miserable, it’s prob ocpd. Don’t escape them. Convince them to get help in one way or another. Don’t waste money on this book.
