Epsom salts provide magnesium and sulfates to be incorporated into the body. This is especially relevant to overall health. This book is a comprehensive survey of the idea of utilizing Epsom salts for health goods. Sometimes springs and pools can have Epsom salt, but really this is a method you can try at a house as well! I got it fascinating that there were 3 models of salts which each had several advantages. They support many various fields of the body. I would help anyone deciding to promote their energy to try this guide!

Long revered by our grandparents for so many common uses, today we've moved away from the use of this mineral, to our own detriment. Discovered in the town of Epsom, England in the 1600s when a farmer noticed that his cows refused to drink from the mineral waters there. A spa was built, but did not compare with the spas in Germany. The spa eventually ended up closing. But the benefits of drinking the water there and the eventual study of magnesium sulfate by chemists led to the discovery of the many benefits of Epsom salt. Excellent short listen for those who want to learn more about science, health and the history of how we came to learn the benefits of what lies easily within our reach.
