A good post-pandemic sales primer
Bruce covers a lot of territory in this book. I enjoyed hearing about his early sales training as much as I appreciated his evaluation of our post-pandemic sales environment, challenges, and suggested adaptations.
Readers may not agree with all his recommendations as to tactics, but his emphasis on the importance of personal selling, building trust, and face-to-face meetings is spot on.
Even though the content is directed specifically at my field of work, enterprise software sales, I believe all salespeople professionals will enjoy and benefit from the advice in this book.
