Publisher's summary

Those who are in the unenviable position of living or working with a narcissist have learned by sad trial and error that they are the only one in the relationship who can change the dynamic. Certainly narcissists don't think they need to change.

Enough About You, Let's Talk About Me is a hands-on resource for helping colleagues, families, and spouses deal with people who exhibit narcissistic tendencies by learning how to change their own attitudes and responses.

Excellent and relatable

Brief enough to be palatable over just a few listening sessions but filled with great examples and wisdom. I really enjoy all of Dr. Les Carter's work and how he so eloquently, plainly, and respectfully lays out facts and even calls us out on our complicit behaviors and speech patterns. We can choose to heal and change ourselves and teach others to treat us with respect on our terms, not theirs.

The reader’s inhalation at EVERY LINE is awful

I’m a huge fan of doctor Les Carter, I watch his videos and listen to his podcasts, however though this is a great book, the inhalation of the readers
at nearly line is completely annoying and distracting.
