Simple Practice

I am almost aiways brought to tears by the love and peace in the teacher's voice. A simple teaching that if followed would bring peace to the practicing body and to those around us.

Wonderful Darma Talk

Thich Nhat Hanh the greatest teachers and spiritual líder, proclaim peace and protector of Mother Earth, this small teaching it’s large In opening to our mind to be here and in the now with conscience . I recommend this book.

How to find peace in any moment.

The is an amazing way of peace. I love this audio. Short but packed full of gold nuggets :)

Was looking for how/why rather than what.

Maybe I expected too much from 30 minutes. I really like the author (and reader's) soft, quiet, peaceful voice. However, I still didn't catch some of the words he spoke. I was looking for an introduction to Mindfulness to know where to go for further enlightenment. I didn't feel like I got what I needed to choose wisely.

Perhaps others are concerned about rating such a topic poorly for fear of repercussions from nature but despite being quiet and restful while listening, I was disappointed in the content and the performance. I didn't learn anything I didn't already know and I doubt anyone would learn anything at all even if they knew nothing. It seemed to be a 25 minute definition without the substance of why or how.

Perhaps the whole thing was less satisfying due to the continual COUGHING in the background. It was very distracting.
