Many great lessons contained in a few pages.
In 2014 I should have read this book had it been out and available to me. The author here goes in detail a lot about how to choose a teacher and when to walk away from one. I would have found this very beneficial back in 2014. The lessons here are great for new people starting out in the field of energy work whether they want to learn how to do it or just help themselves. In the beginning you'll start out with the very basics of cleansing yourself and learning how to help others by helping yourself. Then you move into more in-depth work on yourself throughout the book. The end of the book is all about helping yourself deeply and that I found great! I have bookmarked each and every one of the exercises and I go back through them periodically. I started a practice where I get up in the morning and I meditate followed by yoga or I do yoga then I meditate. The two get switched around because sometimes my mind doesn't want to calm down first thing in the morning as I do yoga. I can scan for anything that needs to be cleared out or result. I've tried doing meditation first to do this and it doesn't work for me. I encourage everyone to read this book and follow the exercises. They will be extremely beneficial to you! Like all things you need to revisit them periodically or often to get the full benefits of them. Here in the United States we want it done and done now with only minimal effort. Self work is not minimal effort!
