Publisher's summary
There is no bigger gift than being at peace with yourself. Discover how to overcome traumatic barriers that stand in your way.
Every one of us has experienced traumatic experiences at some point in our lives. If we process them, we can move on. If we don’t, we may feel their impact even decades later without recognizing them as root causes.
According to research from the National Institute of Health, “the inner child, whether healthy or wounded, impacts how human beings express themselves.” -NIH National Library of Medicine
How would you like to express yourself?
Think of them as flesh wounds: If you clean and treat them properly, they will heal over time. However, if you just keep ignoring them, bacteria and dirt can cause severe inflammation that impacts your overall health.
There may come a time in your adult life when you think, “Something just does not feel quite right,” and wonder where this feeling is coming from. This can show up in various ways, such as:
You feel emotionally unavailable and closed off from other people, even those whom you love and have intimate connections with.
You cannot control your feelings in high-pressure social settings and tend to have emotional outbreaks regularly.
You feel drawn to “quick fixes” for your pain, such as alcohol, drugs, or other addictive substances.
If the above statements ring true, you are probably asking, “But is there anything I can do to work through the trauma that took place a lifetime ago?”
The short answer is: Yes, thankfully there is. But you will need reliable resources and strategic guidance to move through this process successfully, which is exactly where this book comes in.
This book helps you overcome childhood trauma and negative patterns with a variety of exercises and techniques so you can live a healthier and happier life.
Inside, you’ll discover:
- How to unlock the secret to deeply reconnect and improve the relationship with your loved one
- A look at the profound impact of childhood trauma on our experiences as adults
- The most effective methods to get started on your healing journey with journaling prompts and mindfulness practice
- The scientific approach to utilizing mindfulness and neuropsychology in your healing process
- A practical guide to embracing your true self by loving and supporting yourself
- Clear signs that your inner child is healing - and reveal the best exercises to further accelerate the process
- How to create inner harmony by reconnecting with your inner child
- The steps to overcoming negative behavioral and thought patterns: How to let go of habits that no longer serve you
And much more!
It will take dedication and stamina to fully heal your wounded inner child. But in this book, you will discover new truths about yourself that help you live a more balanced life.
By taking the first step on your healing journey today, you will soon see the progress you never imagined possible.
Heal your inner child by leaving thought patterns that only serve to tear you down in the past: Scroll up and click “Add to Cart” right now.

Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

Finding Solace and Strength through this book.
As a mom juggling the relentless demands of a busy family life, finding time to address my own needs, particularly those stemming from childhood traumas, often felt like an insurmountable task. That is, until I discovered this audio book on inner child healing. This comprehensive guide has not only educated me on the signs and symptoms of inner child trauma but has also provided a path toward self-compassion and acceptance that has been transformative.
The book brilliantly outlines the inner child concept and the impact unresolved traumas can have on our adult lives, including our physical health and parenting styles. The insights into how these traumas can manifest in our interactions and decisions opened my eyes to patterns I had unknowingly adopted. But more than just highlighting issues, the book offers practical, nurturing ways to address these deep-seated wounds. The meditation sessions included in the audio format, voiced soothingly by the narrator, have become my daily sanctuary. They allow me not only to escape the chaos of day-to-day life but to engage deeply with my inner self.
Each meditation session is a step towards healing, offering a moment of peace where I can learn to be kinder to myself. Through the methods provided in the book, I've learned the art of self-dialogue, which has been crucial in soothing and comforting my inner child. This practice has enabled me to communicate more effectively with both my children and myself, fostering a nurturing environment that I always aimed to provide and refine.
Perhaps the most profound impact has been on my physical health. By addressing my emotional and psychological wounds through the techniques provided in this book, I've noticed a significant reduction in my physical stress symptoms and enhanced my energy level throughout the day. The connection between mind and body has never been clearer.
This book has not only made me a better parent but a healthier, more integrated version of myself. I am now more patient, present, and empathetic with my children, understanding that healing myself contributes directly to the well-being of my entire family. For any parent dealing with similar struggles, this audio book offers not just hope, but a real, tangible method of healing. It's a journey I recommend wholeheartedly, a journey of returning to oneself and rediscovering the joy of parenting with a healed and open heart.

A Compassionate Guide on Inner Child Healing!
Firstly, I am struck by how comprehensive this guide covers every facet of inner child trauma and healing - what it is, how we can recognize it, and how we can heal from it. This book is a complete guide for anyone who wants a clear understanding and concrete methods that can be used to heal their trauma without feeling lectured on by page after page of "dry" scientific facts and research (although there are indeed many). To my pleasant surprise, the author delivered a vast and deep field of knowledge with compassion and understanding - this must be written by someone who is not only knowledgeable about the subject but also has lived it through personal experience. How else can you write and impart this material with such an empathic voice? You will know yourself better by understanding your inner child, developing kindness toward yourself, and befriending the little one inside you who felt hurt.
As a mindfulness practitioner myself, I am particularly appreciative of how the author connects mindfulness practice with inner child healing. To know and heal yourself, you must first know yourself and then develop compassion through that self-knowledge. I am very grateful that Zitamae wrote this book to reveal the paths for those struggling with inner child issues to find healing and joy. I loved listening to the audiobook, but I also recommend the physical book so you can reference it and contemplate upon it anytime you like. One way I find helpful with the book is to read a short section and then reflect on it within yourself. There is a deeper dimension of truth when you internalize it and connect the insights of the narrated words to your own experience.
I also found the bonus guided meditation at the end of the audiobook to be a wonderful on-demand healing session with the author. It will lighten up your day and shepherd you through the darkness you are feeling to reach the shore of empowerment. I highly recommend you listen to it daily!!
