A great read for anyone experiencing menopausal symptoms. Not only does this book include amazing information but also gives actionable steps that actually work to eliminate the unwanted symptoms associated with menopause, Women need to be excited for this stage of life. Super Helpful and Encouraging!

Great understanding of my symptoms

I am very much into menopause, and the symptoms are horrible. I was not prepared for this step, as my mom passed 20 years ago.
