This book is a guide for sensitive persons who are known as empath. Empaths can feel the emotional and psychological state of others. This book is a must read if you think you are an empath and even if you are not, it provides an interesting look into the world of empaths.

What a wonderful book!.I finally found a book that explains it all. I believe most empaths feel like our "gifts" are curses until we become enlightened and empowered. I am so thankful for this book and author novel on what an empath should eat. I am 3 weeks into an no-sugar and no-wheat diet and feel amazing. I am sleeping better, my acne has cleared, and my moods are stabilizing. Wonderful and easy to listen book.
