Eat whay you love Love what you eat with diabetes

This book is an amaizing manual for non, pre, new or veterans clients with a diabetes diagnose. I strongly recomend for anyone. Really useful tool for relearn how to eat with mindfullnes and with the understanding that with moderation ( if not contraindicated) you can enjoy your foods and try new ones...why not!! Also... Cool that you can go back to review and recall your most favorite or useful chapter.Thank you for this amaizing tool!!👍👍

Reader may put you to sleep

Note: not too far in yet, but…
This book was recommended to me and I’m sure it will provide great information. That said, Dr. May is reading her own book. The book provides information, I get that, but her reading is very dry. I’m beginning to think that reading this book my be less sleep inducing!
