So peaceful to listen to

I had a tremendous amount of stress this week due to an injury, and honestly, this book has helped me so much just to reduce the amount of stress I was feeling. It was so calming. I am not usually meditating, so it was nice that this book helped guide me through it. I found such peace in listening to the book. This will be my go-to book when I need to calm myself when I start feeling overwhelmed.
