This book goes deep…
The author discusses well the connection of caring for our bodies and homes (which include our families) to caring for our souls. She goes much deeper than a superficial organized, clean home and trim body by connecting it with mental and spiritual nurturing and growth. A very good read with plenty of questions that encourage personal reflection and growth. You will be a better person in many areas of life after reading this book !
