JUST Wow !
This is probably the most information with examples I got in less than 1 hr. It was so interesting that I had rewind a listen to it again as I had always heard of the concepts HELOC and other legal loops in the real estate industry but this was just all info without fluff in one hub! Thank you Paul! highly recommend this a listen!
