did not like how it ended so suddenly. I feel like the writer gave up on this book.

I would like to see what happens to the other Alpha pack leaders opposed to the other dragons. Are their stories out and I overlooked?

I liked this book. The dragon shifters were sexy and the women were all fantastic. It’s a cute short story with nice sexy bits. The very end is why I’m giving 4 instead of 5. Definitely rushed and incomplete. It wouldn’t have been hard give it a happy ending so I’m gonna pretend lol

This is a good beginning of the series, has instant attraction, alpha males, strong FMC, twist, action, plotting. I will be continuing. The narrator did a wonderful job with the voices male & female.

I respect that she had the guts to publish but oof, this was very not good. It was a hundred thoughts and silly string connecting them. Some of the points made zero sense and I wanted to listen to see how she dug herself out of those plot holes, but even if she actually tried I can’t imagine I’d be happy with it. The plot was more cheese cloth than Swiss cheese.

Clearly many people enjoy her stories but I won’t be reading her works again. Very glad this was a free listen.

The book is poorly written. The plot is poorly constructed. Royalty doesn’t run out and perform as a three person military. There was no effort out into world building…the royalty on a planet that takes three months to arrive at wears jeans. Did the technologically advanced civilization struggle with developing the zipper?

Nothing but fake reviews I didn't like it not one bit.they're letting their pathetic lady run around and fight well putting herself in danger including them! typical white lady entitlement behavior. and they're allowing these shenanigans to go on all well being royalty. they could have paid their guards or their security team to do half that crap. and it was boring. And Lame! jumping from one portion of the story to the other but dragging on unnecessary sections of the story. Don't waste your time.

I usually love Milly Taiden books and can't wait for the next one to come out, and I really wanted to like this book, but just couldn't. I have to agree with many of the other reviews, this one falls short of the mark. It is very bland. with little world building. In one part they say that english is the language of the distant planet. which I just thought was unreal and showed a lack in story building, just a short cut to move the story along. This could have been a great story, but I doubt I will even get the second book or any of the Wintervale series. Milly go back to the Paranormal Dating Agency format, it is a much better format. Looking forward to a better series soon...
