I like the narrator, Rene as she has improved so much since l first heard her recording.
I wasn’t nuts about narrator Patrick from the Robert Crais first book. I wasn’t nuts about him in this book either. He’s just does not carry off a man’s man at all.

I am so glad this finally came out!! It seems it was lost somewhere but Jenny found it and got it released. This is my very favorite of the Crusie/Mayer books.

The narration is so bad I couldn't get past the 2nd chapter. I'm so disappointed. The collaboration of these two authors produced one of my favorite books ever, Wild Ride. I had high hopes for this one. Please record it again or re-produce it. How did this ever make it to release? I'll probably buy the book.

I enjoy this mixture of humor, action, and romance by Crusie and Mayer. And I REALLY enjoyed this audible edition with Renee Raudman and Patrick Lawlor narrations. I’m looking forward to more collaborations from this group.

2 of my favorite narrators

The story was not as captivating as I expected. I’ve enjoyed the rest of the author’s collaborations and wanted more. On the plus side- I enjoyed Pepper’s voice and involvement in the story.

The reading of this book is disjointed and choppy. The character representation is just bad- the voices used, the accents, the pace- does not work for a smooth delivery. The editing is jarring- jumping in different voices you can tell were recorded with no tonal context and pasted in. I chose to return the audiobook and read it myself. I could not listen to this for 11 hours.

I can’t believe that the writers came up with such drivel. Furthermore, the narrators are truly terrible. I should have stopped listening and returned it. I kept hoping it would improve. I lived in hope and was gravely disappointed.

I really love the authors but the people chosen to narrate (males mostly) are horrible to listen to.
