The author did a good job in helping me turning daily chores into more "relaxing" without having the mom's guilt. This is because many of the tips are actually involving the kinds in a way way for the whole family.

Well written and narrated truths for parenting
There is no such thing as perfect parenting, (as mentioned in one of the bonus chapters!)
Kids will drive you nuts, no matter how hard you try to be serene, and this audiobook can help you navigate this quagmire of self-doubt, occasional failure, and an undercurrent of chaos.
15 chapters, and a few bonus chapters cover topics such as "Quick Fixes When You Are About to Snap", Playtime (For Them), ‘We' Time (For You), Car Cool Downs For Kid Chaos, and Outdoor Escapes For A Mental Reset.
There is something here for everyone, and HIGHLY recommended if you want some seriously powerful techniques to retain your sanity while doing the hardest job on the planet! Highly recommended.
