A better listen than a read

Joseph Clarke has done a good narration in this audiobook. A good reading of a well-crafted book.

The concept is simple and the results are unarguable. However, this requires discipline ofcourse.

practical guide for all ages

The topic is very interesting and relevant in today's fast-paced society. The advices are practical and can be applied daily until the 7th day. I'm getting ready to listen to this book for the second time.

This book is about more than just depression. This book is full of helpful information about the causes of depression, but it's also a book with a bigger idea that can help you win against your demons inside.

well-explained

What I love about the author is he usually wrote short books but all those books are very helpful and well-researched, plus easy to understand for it is very organized. I know this because I read a lot of books from the author before.

This book gave me clarity on a lot of things in life. Much needed insight on what's truly needed by people suffering anxiety and depression with accepting mental health problem and learning how to deal with it.

Quick Guide

Some advice is common but others are unique and I haven't tried it ever since. It seems helpful as said by other reviewers. I will apply the steps from now on and I'll see if this works on me, but hopefully it will coz being lonely sucks everyday.

However, the contents are organized. The narration is good too. I'm starting to love this book.
