Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Very useful information
I have a good buddy of mine who has been diagnosed with the early signs of dementia, and in the last couple of years, it is starting to show the early effects of it. I am going to introduce his book to his wife, to help her and the rest of his family understand how to deal with it. Dementia is extremely tough for everyone involved, as it tugs on the emotional heartstrings of family and friends. and this book breaks down the process, symptoms, diagnosis, and actions a wife/caretaker will need in order to help someone with dementia. This book gives examples of what to say and do in certain situations that arise and it reminds the listener to also take in one's personal health as well. I am sure his wife will benefit greatly from the great advice this book has to offer.

great resources for such a difficult situation
Alzheimers and dementia run in my family so this book has become a great resource for me. It covers the signs of dementia and the different phases which was so eye opening. It then lays out so many ways that we as caregivers can better support our loved ones while still taking care of ourselves. You can tell the author has had personal experience because it is written in a compassionate tone. This book made me feel like someone really acknowledged the caregivers out there and wrote this to help them.

Great Useful Information
This book throws a great insight and exploration of dementia.
This book protests a journey through dementia. It reminded me of certain situations I had witnessed as a child and could not comprehend what was happening.. This is also a great toll for a caregiver taking care of an individual experiencing dementia .
