I have a pretty decent library of marketing books. I like a lot of them, I dislike some of them, and I even have some that I felt were downright worthless. no one I'm also a audible pack rat and I only bring that up to say I haven't left a review in a while. had to on this one!
this is definitely one of the best marketing books out there! especially when it pertains to customer journeys, experiences, and has some awesome ideas around advertising.

The content for the book is excellent overall. However I was frustrated that it references several images that are not available. Because of this, I suggest not buying the audiobook and buying the physical book.

Great book on behavioral science, marred by lack of pdf with images referenced in Audiobook

You will need the pdf to understand the examples in this book as the author goes in depth on them and compares multiple images. However the pdf is not made available with the purchase. A pity as the overall content appears to be compelling.
