About this listen

Arrax and Rajeem are brothers of the same mother, but that's all they had in common. Arrax was the son of kings and raised to carry on his royal lineage. Rajeem was the son of an evil man who passed on his evil traits through his DNA. It is only their mother's love that keeps them together. Arrax swore to keep his brother safe against the wishes of their people.

Threats of violent raids force Arrax into drastic measures to keep his people safe. He chases rumors and folks tales deep into the jungle until he finds his deadly destination. Whatever doesn't kill him only makes him stronger, and he emerges stronger than ever. He shares his new found power with those closest to him, except Rajeem.

Sibling rivalries have been a thing since the first siblings, but Rajeem takes it to the extreme. He sets out in search of the same powers his brother denies him, and finds it. Not exactly what Arrax has, but more power he had before. More power than he can handle.

Things go from bad to worse when Rajeem is finally exiled. He links with a group of fellow outcasts and comes back for vengeance. This is the first time Arrax and his Lycans go fang to fang with Rajeem and his pack of werewolves. The battle is lopsided, but only one learns from it.

A stunning journalist named Harlow comes into play many moons later. She is searching for her missing sister when she stumbles across the underworld of werewolves and Lycans. Her cunning puts her in close contact with both brothers, but could cost her life. She is used as queen in a global chess match to checkmate a king.

Dawgs takes us from the slave trade of western Africa to present day New York City and everywhere in between. The brothers feud last centuries, turning into a cat and mouse game that covers many continents. The stage is set for one final battle for supremacy. The battle for the top of the food chain. The top Dawg.
