Justin Eyre is brilliant in her performance. Ms. Small takes the love hate relationship that I loved in Pride & Prejudice and mixes in the smouldering sensual heat.

When reading this book I was continually taken back to the first Sky O’Malley. The two stories are packed with adventure, cultural history and they are incredibly sensual.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The story and writing were perfect, and the narration was as well. I am amazed and appreciative of how well Justine Eyre performs so many characters so expertly.

It is well written, delightful and takes you in. If Skye O’Malley delighted you then her granddaughter, Jasmine, will keep you engaged. She’s quite a woman! Her adventures are easy to get into. Also, the narrator is much improved in her performance. I listened to her doing her first stories and she was awful. She has developed her presentation considerably. She no longer has the terrible habits of her first readings.
