Great legal procedural
Parshall's tale is full of just enough twists and turns to keep you guessing but not so many that they feel unrealistic.I really enjoy the narrator. Many times, the narrator makes a huge difference in the enjoyment of a book.

Great entertaining story
I really appreciate this author's ability to create a story that draws you in, keeps you guessing, has an interesting plot, and is entertaining. while keeping it "clean" and not relying on crudity or situations with "shock value" to keep the reader's attention. The individual who performed this story did an excellent job as well.

Not cheesy or corny
Some Christian authors are cheesy and unbearable, but this guy is very good!
I listen to a lot of David Baldacci, Vince Flynn, and authors like that. However sometimes I have to return books cause too much cussing or inappropriate scene. But this author gives you a clean story without sacrificing a good realistic plot.

Custody of the State
This is the 2nd book in the series and I have been hooked since Book 1. I am beginning book 3 momentarily. I first read a book by Craig Parshall that he co-wrote with one of my favorite authors Tim Lahaye. This series has you caught up within the first chapter and you don’t want to quit listening. Craig Parshall has now been added to my list of favorite authors. His storylines are relative to things going on in our world today. The narration is wonderful, clear and no problem following along. If you want a story that will keep you engaged from beginning till the end start this series. You definitely want to start with Resurrection File first then this one. You won’t be sorry! Now I am on to Book 3☺️

Believable, and Well Written
Being both a Christian and a legal junkie, I enjoyed the way Craig blended both into a believable story. I also appreciated how he presented the weaknesses of a system designed to protect, when it is abused by those who would twist it for their own ends.
