Publisher's summary

Creede of Old Montana follows the exploits and heartbreaks of Avery John Creede, an ex-cavalry soldier, as he tramps along the upper Missouri River in search of four army pals who didn't show up for a scheduled reunion. Throughout Creede's confrontations and adventures, three things remain constant: his courage, his rock-solid faith, and his wounded heart. He knows the first two will never change. And at 42, he's not sure the third ever will either.

Another Bly Masterpiece

Humorous, entertaining, emotional. Stephen Bly delivered, as usual, with this standalone novel set in the Montana Territory. Thieves, dirt and too many women harry the hero until he gets clarity on the decisions facing him.

okay

It was an interesting story, but a necessarily moral one. No language, just questionable vales labeled "Christian" simply because they believed in God. The Bible says even the devils believe and tremble.

Creed of Montana

This is a very long book. But I was 100 percent wrapped up in it from start till finish. This is a very good storyline. Avery is meeting some friends for a reunion. While waiting he stops a Bank Robbery. They arrest them and the rest of the gang breaks them out and are after Avery and a woman that was with them. (Sonny) Her and Avery and his nephew are the main characters. There is a lot of funny lines in this story. I laughed at the banter between them. I liked how they touched on Christianity. This is a five star book. Rusty Nelson does a good job narrating this book. If my review is any help will you please click on the helpful link below. Thank you.
