A very useful relaxation tool

Nicely done, respectful, and to-the-point. No hype, just get to your inner calm place. A very professional job on this audiobook.

Brain Massage for the Strung Out

This a very unusual program. It's not like a "Self Help Book", and at first it seems like just a strange guided meditation with great sound effects. Mr. Harrold's voice and the text may initially seem a little odd, especially if you're concerned that you'll be hypnotized into thinking you are a carefree person in a magically happy world. But once you get past this, you'll see the program is simply designed to slowly and gently bring your racing mind to a calmer place.

I relax much more quickly with Mr. Harrold's programs than with any other guided meditations. I'm not sure if it's the sound engineering or content, but somehow I'll nod off and wake up refreshed far more quickly and consistently with these programs than with other's of this type. I can see why this is a best selling program in the United Kingdom. If you're a person who's mind is constantly racing even when you're supposed to be relaxing - this may be a good program for you to try.

Doubted but Surprised

I had headaches from stress and anxiety. I have had them for months. I got this audiobook a while back but didn't much believe it. Finally, out of desperation, I decided to listen to it once a day and within 4 days, my headaches eased up. I don't know if it will last, but I feel better. Can't explain it, but something is going on. Surprised me.

Calms the Inner Turmoil/Negativity

I own several Glenn Harrold audios and I've listened to all of them for different reasons. Many I continue to go back to when the need arises (too bad these don't bring about a 'permanent fix'). This one, Creating Inner Peace and Calm, is one that I still listen to rather frequently, as it just makes me feel good. For a time, I was in so much turmoil, I listened every night as I was going to sleep. I didn't know for sure if it would work, but I didn't have too many doubts, as I was already familiar with Mr. Harrold's work and had had success with other audio books from him.

When your brain won't shut off, when you feel all confused or negative and you don't know which direction to turn, when your brain keeps running that negative self-talk, listen to this audio book. It truly calms me down and afterward, I can run for a full day feeling calm and peaceful. On weekends, if my mind won't let me rest, I just take a little relaxing time and listen to this one. I feel like I'm able to re-balance or refocus in a positive way.

I'm a fan of Glenn Harrold and I'll continue to buy his books. High marks for this one!
