The ultimate binge eating solution!
I am huge binge-eater and I am terrible when it comes to fried foods and sweets. I do feel guilty everytime I am eating with others that have a plate full of fruit and veg. This book has helped me plan out healthy foods to eat, while also showing me the triggers to why I binge eat and scoff my face with chocolate. I have shared it with my work colleagues and we are all going to work on living a healthier life - together.
