"Connect,” provides descriptions and methods for meditations for greater clarity and consciousness. I found this book to provide progressive steps for meditation, while setting clear expectations as you continue to practice. A Greater Awareness!
What really struck me most about this book was that I continuously felt as if the author was speaking directly to me. Each chapter had me asking and saying is this what I am doing, is this how I am feeling, so throughout the book I was able to understand the why and how, but most important how I can change my thoughts which stand in my way. The author explains the principles and practice of Pineal Gland Meditation in a very easy and practical way to help CONNECT with yourself and awaken your brain and not be influenced by all the negativity that may be around you. The important thing is being able to integrate this meditation into your daily life. The CONNECTION to yourself first may seem very foreign to most of us, but that seems to be the key to personal, communal, and global issues that we face today.

Simple, straightforward, and illuminating
I'm struggling to finish this book because it's sooo good. The book is broken up into 4 parts and I've listened to and reread the part one 2-3 times already! Ilchi Lee lays everything out - seemingly complex ideas and principles are shared with such simplicity. If you're looking to expand your consciousness or just getting into meditation I'd highly recommend this book. Who doesn't want the solution to all of their problems?

One Word Says All
The words in this book reach deeply into the tapestry of life, opening awareness of what is, what has been, and what I want for my life. The chapters laid open the quagmire created by living according to self interpreted rules gathered from apparent dictates of social order and current trends held in daily thought patterns . With simplicity and detail, they opened windows to accept and love myself on a deep level. The new clarity opens new and wider views of other people, conditions, and choices for my life. I love the book! Must read for everyone!
I am very happy that I got this connect audio book. It is full of wisdom but at the same time it's practical for anyone who sincerely wants to do something to improve their life. It provides powerful methods that I can apply by getting in touch with my inner self so I am able to manage my mind and energy better to live true to myself and learning to become more peaceful and fulfilled. I highly recommend to everyone who wants to live a more fulfilled life.

Must Read
This book is truly a must read for those who wish to expand their consciousness and connect deeper with their inner being. I have read this book and listened to the audio book several times and I would advise the same for anyone.
The book dives deep into pineal gland meditation which opens up your 6th chakra. But more importantly, it offers tools for you to connect with you true self.
If you’d like to continue to deepen your practice after you have awakenings from this book find a Body and Brain center to practice pineal gland meditation and the other meditation exercises offered to you.
Lots of bright shining energy to you on your journey to your true self!
