A great book of the basics that compose CBT. Great for anyone who may have some anxiety about being in a group and may want to use this book as a beginning tool on their own. I recommend for anyone who works with a wide variety of people.

Love this book
It has practical tips to help retrain our brain toward achieving greater control of how we feel to control anxiety and depression. Excellent CBT presentation,

Exactly what it says on the cover. The book has many exercises, self-test, and knowledge to actually make a difference in your struggle with depression. Very useful tool when working with clients with depression. Easy to use and easy to discuss with clients. I would also recommend the seller as well.
