Life changing, and don’t listen to anybody saying the PDF is not available.

This book is seriously life altering. I’m excited to see how this works after the 62 days. There’s a lot of information here! I happen to love her accent. Please look in the main menu for the PDF, it is most certainly there.

Brain power here I come

love love this book I actually stared to used the five step as I was listening and in a matter of day I stared to feel better ❤️. I started to capture every thought and every imagination like the Bible says It really telling my mind to agree with my brain excellent book bravo.

I wanted this book to be over

I wanted this book to be over after the first chapter! The first half of the book can be summed up much better by telling people to read the Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton! Bruce does a wonderful job summing up everything that was discussed in the first chapter of this book and it was much better. Honestly, I listen to this book at 3X speed and wanted it to go to 4X!

The second half of the book I remember part of it from one of the books Dr Joe Dispenza wrote. another part of it came from someone else's book. I realized I've been doing this technique for almost a year. I honestly did learn anything new here, but it was a great reminder of what I'm already doing. If you can get through part one!

one take away was the wives tale of "21 days to make a habit life time to break"....it actually takes 63 days to form a habit. lots of great information.

Simple steps to learn how to cope with trauma

I really enjoyed this book. In times of chaos and overwhelm, lots of Dr. Leaf's advice can be broken down into simple steps to help contextualize and acknowledge what causes us to react or feel a certain way.

Really enjoyed learning about different kinds of trauma and the importance of recognizing these moments and giving them the importance they deserve.
