I can say all my dreams have come true.
I've not only met and fell in love with the man of my fantasies, Alex Austin...but he loves me back.
On top of that, my goal of becoming a 'famous' musician seems to also be a thing. As much as I want this, I do fear our new fame is a result of my relationship with Alex. That the bands only known because of who the members are dating, or because of ex-member, Mia, and her infamous behavior, or even my assault at the end of the summer tour.
It's a struggle for me to overcome these doubting voices in my head that I'm not that great of a musician or songwriter, that my band is a joke that everyone is in on but us.
But Alex is there, always there to assure me that our bands success is from our hard work and everything we put into it.
Now summers over, and Ruthless Promises are going on a fall tour with Chaos Theory.
If we thought the summer festival was off the hook, it's nothing compared to what lies ahead for us.

This Series Rocks! Great Story & Narration🎧
Sydney and Alex’s story continues in this second book of Amelia Oliver’s “Chaotic Love” series and the story picks up soon after the first book ended. It has been a whirlwind for Sydney, with her band taking it off and making it big and her falling in love with the guy she crushed on. She struggles with imposter syndrome and other insecurities, but Alex is her rock and by her side through thick and thin. Back on tour, they face new challenges and drama amongst the band members and Mia is not stirring up trouble and causing more problems, exposing things in Sydney’s past that were not hers to share. I loved these two together and for each other and it was great watching their journey to their happily ever-after hiccups and all. This wonderfully written and plotted story is captivating from start to end and has plenty of drama, heartfelt emotions, and steamy romance. Amelia Oliver, thank you for another rocking novel and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 Shiloh James and Lance West continue to rock it out and deliver another fabulous performance, bringing these characters to life and story to life. Their character voices and portrayal of each has been consistent throughout the series and I loved how they took each role and made it their own, sounding believable and just as I imagined they would sound. You could hear how much heart they put into their performance as they capture all the characters’ emotions and had you feeling each one. These two made a great narration team and their performance elevates the story to another level. Thank you for another amazing listen.

Amazing Rock Romance Duet!!
I have eagerly awaited the second book in this duet series, and it delivers! This story is full of emotion, and I adore the connection between the main couple. Their relationship is deep and meaningful, and they complement each other well. Supportive friends and family surround them; even though they face challenges, they always stand firm together.
Lance West and Shiloh James, the narrators, were perfect choices for bringing these characters to life. Their performances indeed added to the experience.

blown away
Book one was fantastic, book two is on another level. The journey these characters go on, the growth, is so overwhelming at times. Again, brought to life by these two fantastic narrators elevates the story. Can't wait to see where this series goes!
