Thoughtful, precise, lots of actionable processes for self discovery and transformation. I also appreciate how importance of personal healing + transformation was connected to the collective. This book is an awesome resource for conscious human development.. it’s a must read for anyone ‘on the journey’. I definitely need to listen a few times and get the print version for reference.

Everyone regardless of background and religious beliefs should listen to the words within. It has definitely made me reevaluate many of my thoughts and previous held positions. You won't regret purchasing it!

Outstanding Book!

I started this book in 2020 during the COVID-19 Pandemic and set it aside because of life and the work is in depth. You will create a timeline and I went really in depth with it. It took me a year to complete this work because I kept bringing stuff up then taking time to work through it. Plus life caused me to set this work aside several times. Don’t fluff this work off because it can really change your life. Don’t be surprised what happens when you begin to change your story and allow it to change. Change is what we want, but we fear it as well. So, if stuff comes up then work through it and get help when needed. Don’t sluff it off. Do the work and then repeat this book over time to keep working through your stuff.
